We handle computer problems. Having a problem loading the latest CD? Does Windows give you an unfamiliar error message? If you have read and followed the instructions, and still can't load the disc, please contact us! When you call, we do ask that you:

  • Be in front of your machine with it ON before you call.
  • Know the TITLE of the software you'd like help with.
  • Know the type and speed of CPU you have (i.e.:Pentium 200MHz)
  • Know how much RAM you have (i.e.:32MB RAM)
  • Have a pad of paper and a pen ready to take notes.

Having this information prepared will genuinely shorten the time required to solve your problem.

It is part of our development process to test, test, and retest new product. This is done across a variety of systems and configurations several times over. However, despite all efforts by both us and the software industry in general, problems can still occur at the user's end. Usage problems can occur for a wide variety of reasons.

But, every so often it is just a glitch that made its way onto a product's final release.

If you should spot a problem with one of our products. Please let us know! Please include as much system information as you can provide: Manufacturer's name, CPU type and clock speed, amount of RAM, type of video and sound card, (3D card if applicable), Hard Drives, (number of them, and amount of space available.)

Then please include details of the exact action you performed that exposed the bug.
